Our End of Tenancy Cleaning services will make your home sparkle and shine in just a few hours. We will professionally clean your home from top to bottom, inside & out.With our End of tenancy cleaning for your convenience it is also possible to have your windows, carpets professionally cleaned during the same visit. If you do not require a full clean, we can tailor a service that suits you.

Our End of tenancy cleaning includes the following areas:

Kitchen End of Tenancy Cleaning

• Completely cleaning and degreasing all cupboards and drawers inside/out
• Cleaning sinks and taps
• Top to bottom, cleaning and polishing kitchen wall tiles
• Degreasing and completely cleaning of the cooker
• Complete cleaning fridge/freezer and microwave inside/out
• Wiping all kitchen surfaces, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Thorough cleaning of the floor

Bathroom and Toilet End of Tenancy Cleaning

• Thorough cleaning cupboards
• Cleaning mirrors and windows inside
• Scrubbing and disinfecting bathroom floors
• Scrubbing and disinfecting sanitary ware
• Cleaning and discaling bath, sink and shower
• Cleaning and polishing bathroom tiles

Bedroom, Living and Dining room End of Tenancy Cleaning

• Damp wiping and dusting all painted woodwork – doors and frames
• Damp wiping and dusting window frames inside, skirting boards, picture rails, heating elements, light switches and all permanent fittings
• Cleaning on top, underneath and behind all movable furniture and polishing windows inside
• Vacuuming all carpets and moping hardwood floors

We understand you may have special requirements that need to be cleaned and you are welcome to provide us with your specific requests.

End of Tenancy Cleaning Service cost:

Our price is £13.00 per hour per person, min 3 hours. You are responsible for providing all the cleaning materials and equipment required. If you book more than the standard hours we will supply cleaning materials and equipment free of charge.
Note: There is a minimum booking hours required to supply cleaning materials and equipment. Discount can be discussed.

VICLEANING. cannot be held responsible for an unsuccessful End of tenancy cleaning visit if the cleaning equipment is not supplied in full working order.
